1	pinch		Nutmeg
2	tbsp	medium dry	Sherry
3	tbsp	Brown	Sugar
1	pinch	ground	Ginger
2.5	pieces	crystallized	Ginger

Directions:

Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves
