Ingredients to use:

1.5				Bourbon
4				Coffee
2				Cream
0.5				Creme de Cacao

Directions:

Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Add the bourbon and creme de cacao and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
