0.75 oz.  Cognac
1.0 whipped Cream
1.5 oz. Light Rum
1.0 tsp. Sugar Syrup
2.0 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice and add all ingredients except whipped cream. Shake and pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream. |
