0.5 oz Cream

| Directions: |
Pour the Kahlua into a Pousse Cafe glass. Take a teaspoon, touch the edge of the spoon to the inside side of the glass right near the surface of the Kahlua, round back side of the teaspoon up. Gently pour the Cream onto the round backside of the spoon. Make sure that the Cream floats on top of the Kahlua, and that they do not mix. |
