2.0 oz.  Brandy
4.0 oz. Hot Chocolate Mix
2.0 oz. Heavy Cream
0.5 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao

| Directions: |
Pour the hot chocolate into an Irish coffee glass. Add the brandy and creme de cacao and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink. |
