1.0 oz.  heavy Cream
1.0 sprinkle ground Nutmeg
0.5 oz. Dark Rum
1.0 oz. Pernod

Half fill a mixing glass with cracked ice and add all ingredients. Shake and pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle the top with ground nutmeg. |
