Ingredients to use:

0.5				Coffee Liqueur
0.25				Cream
1.5				Rum
1				Rum

Directions:

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients except 151 Proof Rum into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass. Float 151 Proof Rum on top or drink and serve.
