Ingredients to use:

2	parts	Cream
1	parts	Creme de Cacao
1	parts	Frangelico
4	parts	Ice
1	parts	Strawberry schnapps

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until thick and creamy (loose)

Serve chilled.

For a Hard Moose, add a teaspoon of gelatine prior to whipping. Chill for 10-15 minutes. Whip vigorously until stiff.
