Directions:

to make sugar syrup, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup water...boil for 3 min then remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla...let cool. Mix: Vodka, Milk, Sugar syrup, and Coffee...then add ice...enjoy
