4.0 tbsp  whipped Cream
0.25 gallon vanilla Ice Cream
4.25 oz dark or light Rum

In a blender combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup of toasted shredded coconut. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with more toasted shredded coconut. Enjoy. Makes approximately 3 servings. |
