Ingredients to use:

1.5				Coffee
20				Cream
1				Irish Cream
1				Sugar
6				Water

Directions:

Put Baileys, Coffee, Sugar in a large strong glass. Add boiling water,and stir lightly. Pour cream down back of soppn so that the cream remains on top. DO NOT STIR.
