| Directions: | First pour your favorite bottle of Red Wine in a Decanter/Carafe, jug or whatever. Add the Korbel brady (put as much as you think you would like, then add the oj (the orange juice covers the brandy taste....so more brandy, more oj)). Add a small amount of grenadine (too much will be overpowering) then add the cinnamon to taste and stir, then add about 1/2 of a sliced orange, 1 - halved and sliced lemon and 1 - halved and sliced lime for the your garnish. |

not correct...but close
I am a bartender at Carrabba's and this recipe is close. I can't give the whole recipe but I can tell you that we don't use grenadine in our sangria. Also, we use monin sangria mix. HTH.

1.5 lt. red wine, 1/2c. korbels brandy, 1 c. monins red sangria mix. straight from the horses mouth. you can purchase monins sangria mixes at their web sight. the resturant sells it also. monin also has the recipes on the monin.com web sight. enjoy!!!!!!
