Boracay 2 - Another version, also called "Leg Spreader".
In the Philippines, a bottle of Baileys will cost, roughly, Php 700 Piso per bottle. The bottles sold here are 75cl, or 750 milliters. Anyway, there is a much cheaper way to make a very similar drink called "Boracay", otherwise known as "Leg Spreader". Here is the recipe: 1 each – 750 ml Tanduay Superior 1 each – 1 Liter Red Horse beer 4 each – 300 ml condense milk 4 each – 20 mg pack of Milo 1 each – Teaspoon Nescafe instant coffee Mix all in a large container, with a whisk (hand egg beater). Spoon any unmixed Milo or coffee off the top. Poor into containers and refrigerate. Yield: ~ 3.00 Liters Serve chilled, on ice, in a rocks (aka old fashioned glass), or a high ball glass. The total cost for this recipe is Php 400 to Php 500, depending on where you buy your ingredients.
