Ingredients to use:

0.5	oz	Benedictine
1	tsp	Honey
1.5	oz	Scotch
4	oz	Peach Nectar

Directions:

Fill ¼ of a mixing glass with crushed ice, add peach nectar, scotch, benedictine and shake. Pour into highball glass and drizzle honey over top.
