| Directions: | Blend liqueur, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 cup crushed ice and blend on high speed until it has a slushy consistency. Add the rest of the crushed ice 1 cup at a time. Freeze for atleast 4 hours. To serve let stand 20 min. at room temp. return to blender to make slushy again. Garnish with mint sprigs. Makes 8 servings. |
