Kentucky Sunrise drink recipe made with Bourbon,Grenadine,Orange juice,. How to make a Kentucky Sunrise with all the instructions and ingredients.

Ingredients to use:
1.5ozBourbon Bourbon
0.5ozGrenadine Grenadine
5ozOrange juice Orange juice
Directions:
In a tall glass filled with Ice, combine all ingredients. Stir. Optional: Combine Bourbon and Orange Juice and stir. Slowly pour in Grenadine for cool looking effect.

Surprise for out-of-town guests
We have family and friends that come in every year for the Derby. This drink was a pleasant surprise for everyone! It was a great hit!

I've been making a variation of these for a while now and just last night thought of the idea, "Hey, what about a Kentucky Sunrise?" Lo and behold, you've already got it. :) The only thing I do differently is add Angostura bitters. I guess that kinda makes it an Old-Fashioned Sunrise.
