Where's the fruit!
It's not an Old Fashioned without the muddled fruit. You must be the ones teaching these your idiots how to mix the old drinks. In the last three chain restaurants where I've asked for a Bourbon Old Fashioned, I've either been told they can't do one, can but have no orange (that was the best one), or they just poured Jack over ice and garnished it. YUCK!

The Original Old Fashion Cocktail Recipe
The correct way is to use club soda, instead of water. Rye Whiskey (Old Overholt) instead of Bourbon, and finish with a teaspoon of Merachino Cherry juice. 2-Dashes Bitters 3oz-Rye Whiskey 1-tsp sugar *all over ice Top with Club soda and 1-tsp Merachino Cherry Juice. Bourbon is not a true old fashion!
