Ingredients to use:

1.5				Brandy
1				Eggs
1				Sugar

Directions:

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass, dust very lightly with Cayenne Pepper, and serve.
