Ingredients to use:

2.25				Brandy
2				Coffee
3.5				Sugar
1				Vanilla Bean

Directions:

Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in brandy. Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal and let age for at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
