Ingredients to use:

0.75				Grenadine
1.75				Peppermint Schnapps
0.75				Water

Directions:

Pour chilled peppermint schnapps (preferably Avalanche Blue) into an empty glass. Mix grenadine and water in a seperate glass. Using a spoon, layer the grenadine-water mixuture on top of the peppermint schnapps. Take a few seconds to admire the bright red layer on top of the blue schnapps underneath. Then slam it. 7-up or Sprite can be used in place of water--this tastes better.
