Ingredients to use:

1				Cinnamon
0.5				Honey
1				Lemon
1				Nutmeg
1.5				Red Wine
1.5				Rum

Directions:

Dissolve honey with a little boiling water in a heat-proof mug. Add remainder of ingredients, except nutmeg, and fill mug with boiling water. Top with grated nutmeg.
