Ingredients to use:

1				Eggs
0.25				Lemon juice
1				Sugar
3				Water
2				Apple Brandy

Directions:

Pour all ingredients except Seltzer into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass. Add Seltzer, stir, and serve.
