0.5				Apple Juice
1				Cinnamon
1				Grain Alcohol
2				Sugar

Directions:

Mix Cider, apple juice & bring to a boil, add sugar. simmer 20 minutes. COMPLETELY COOL. add everclear. Pour back into cider & juice containers. Makes 1 1/2 gals...mmmmm
