Ingredients to use:

1				Coconut Cream
1				Eggs
0.5				Lime juice
1				Rum
1				Sugar

Directions:

Blend all ingredients (except for powdered sugar) and 2 cubes of ice at low speed for 2 minutes. Strain into a frosted glass. Top with a stick of pineapple and a cherry both soaked in grenadine. Sift powdered sugar over top of drink. Serve with a straw.
