Spanish Chocolate drink recipe

Ingredients to use:

2	oz.	grated	Chocolate
0.5	tsp.		Cinnamon
2	each	yolk	Eggs
2	cups		Milk

Directions:

Stir the milk with the chocolate and the cinnamon over low heat until the chocolate dissolves. Add the eggs and beat the mixture until it becomes thick, taking care not to boil.

Eggs? Never
I am spanish, and we NEVER use eggs as a thickening agent. The product to use is corn starch or corn flour (in Spain we use the brand Maizena).
