250				Coconut Cream
2				Ice Cream
1				Pineapple Juice
500				Rum

Directions:

Blend vanilla ice-cream and pineapple juice. Add coconut cream and Malibu Rum, blend well, then poor into tall glasses. Serve with a sprig of mint.
