P.F. Chang's Poolside recipe'....
There is a much better version of the "poolside" that P.F. Chang's bar serves. Here is the ecipe from the bartender at the Thousand Oaks restaurant. It contains: 1 shot Mailbu Rum 1 shot Captain Morgan spice rum 1 shot blue Curacao 2-3 shots Pineapple juice splash of OJ splash of 7 up or Sprite serve in a tall tubler full of ice.
