0.5				Creme de Menthe
1				Frangelico
1				Irish Cream
4				Milk
1				Nutmeg

Directions:

Warm milk in a saucepan, be careful not to burn it. Pour Frangelico, Irish Cream, and Creme de Menthe into a coffee mug, add warm milk, sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Cheers!
