Ingredients to use:

1				Blue Curacao
1				Grand Marnier
0.5				Lemon juice
1				Vodka

Directions:

Sugar rim a champagne flute. In a mixing glass shake Stoli Vodka, Lemon juice, Blue Curacao, and Grand Marnier over ice. Stain into flute and fill with champagne. (Be sure to use white champagne)
