1				Cinnamon
2				Milk
2				Rum
4				Tea

Directions:

It can be served on ice or warmed. Simply mix the rum and chai tea on the bottom of the cup (with ice or not). Poor the milk in to get an even color then dash it with cinnamon and serve.
