Jersey Toddy drink recipe

Ingredients to use:

3	dashes	Angostura	Bitters
1	each	Stick	Cinnamon
1	tsp		Honey
1	each	Peel	Lemon
1	fill with	Boiling	Water
2.5	oz.		Applejack

Directions:

Put honey in a warmed, heat-proof mug and add enough boiling water to dissolve honey. Add bitters, applejack, and fill with boiling water. Garnish with lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
