3.0 oz.  Blue Curacao
1.0 oz. Creme de Cacao
1.0 cube Ice
16.0 oz. Milk

Pour the milk in a chilled glass. Then add the Blue Curacao and the Crème de Cacao simultaneously. Stir. Add 1 ice cube.
