Imperial Fizz drink recipe

Ingredients to use:

1	oz.		Bourbon
0.5	oz.		Lemon juice
0.5	tsp.		Sugar
1	chilled	Dry Sparkling	White Wine

Directions:

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Top off with dry sparkling wine.
