Ingredients to use:

7				Tequila
21				Water
7				Condensed milk

Directions:

In a 40 qt. cooler put enough ice, then pour seven bottles of mezcal (the cheapest) and seven cans of condensed milk, fill with Horchata Water. Mix and Enjoy. Works great for big parties.
