| Directions: | This is the same cocktail Chow Yun-Fat drinks in the great John Woo movie "Hard Boiled". Pour ice then tequila into a large stubby glass (like a tumbler, just as long as the glass is sturdy and not too tall). You can double or triple the tequila to taste. Fill the rest of the glass with ginger ale. Put a paper napkin to cover the top of the glass -- this can get messy. With one hand over the napkin, pick up the glass and slam it down hard on the table (the napkin should prevent too much sloppiness). Immediately remove napkin as as the Hard Boiled foams over, and drink it all as fast as you can. |
