| Ingredients: |
0.5 cup  Honey
2.0 cup Strawberries
2.0 tablespoon Triple sec
0.75 cup White Wine

| Directions: |
Rinse and hull strawberries. Place in blender with liqueur, 1/4 cup of honey and 1/2 cup wine. Puree until very smooth. Check the taste and add more honey if not sweet enough or more wine if mixture is too thick. Strain to remove seeds. |
