Ingredients to use:

1	pint	Hot Strong Black	Coffee
4	oz.		Cognac
4	each	Cubes	Sugar

Directions:

Place sugar cube in each of 4 demitasse cups that have been rinsed with boiling water. Fill each cup nearly full with hot coffee and carefully float an ounce of cognac in each cup. Ignite, flame for a few seconds and stir with a spoon to extinguish the
