Anniversary Punch drink recipe

Ingredients to use:

2	Fifths		Champagne
3	tsp	Grated Peel	Lime
2	oz.		Lime juice
2	Fifths		Red Wine
1	quart	Frozen	Strawberries
2	Fifths		White Wine

Directions:

Combine strawberries, lime juice and peel in sauce pan. Simmer 10 min. strain and cool, then pour over block of ice in bowl. Add chilled wines just before serving. Makes 40 4 oz. servings.
