Sour mix?
No sour mix! This drink calls for fresh lemon juice and sugar or simple sugar! nothing else will do! and many sours add a tablespoon of egg white, some as in a Pisco Sour uses the whole egg white. It adds a nice texture, silkiness, and mouth feel to your sours...
