My Mojito drink recipe

Cut lime in half and then into four wedges. In a pint glass, combine 3 lime wedges, 5-6 mint leaves, and sugar. Using a muddler (a spatula handle or wooden spoon will work too), muddle gently until limes a juiced and leaves are bruised, not torn or shreded. Squeeze the final lime wedge into the glass then add rum, club soda, ice to fill glass and stir.

depending on your taste you may choose to add more or less of each ingredient.
