| Directions: | Soak the 2 cinnamon sticks, the vanilla bean and the 2 tsp. grated ginger in 1/2 liter of white wine for 48 hours. Filter the mixture and add the 2 Tbsp. sugar syrup, the Brandy Snifter of Cognac and a pinch of nutmeg. Beat all the ingredients, let the mixture rest and drink.
