| Ingredients to use: |
2.5 oz. Warm Brandy
1.0 each Eggs
1.0 cup Hot Milk
1.0 Pinch Ground Nutmeg
1.0 pinch Salt
1.0 tblsp Superfine Sugar

| Directions: |
Place egg and selt in a mixing bowl and beat until egg is thick; add sugar and beat until blended. Add hot milk and brandy, mix well by hand or in a blender, and pour into a warmed mug that has been rinsed in hot water. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg. |
