1.0 tsp. superfine Sugar
1.0 tsp. Triple sec
2.0 tsp. Water
Directions: combine sugar and water, stir until dissolved, then add lemon juice and scotch, and stire; pour into cocktail glass filled with ice and float triple sec on top
