Ingredients to use:

1.5	oz		Brandy
0.5	each	white	Eggs
0		cracked	Ice
0		cubes	Ice
1	each	wedge	Lime
1	oz		Lime juice
1	teaspoon	powdered	Sugar
0			Sugar
0.5	oz		Triple Sec

Directions:

Rub the rim of cocktail glass with the lime wedge and dip in the sugar Fill the cocktail glass with ice cubes. Add the brandy, triple sec, lime juice, egg white, and powdered sugar. Shake and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.
